Instructions for drawing a strip – We should turn it all on!
Level 1
As we already mentioned in the foreword to this wizard on how to draw a tape, the original design of this animal can make drawing it in its entirety a test. For this reason, we’ll break it down into additional fundamental lines and shapes throughout this wizard. We’re also going to keep it extremely simple in this initial step since you’ll be drawing a small portion of the diagram for now. You can do this using a rather exciting wavy line as shown in the reference image. This line will form the head and front of the body later, so when you’re ready, we can move on to the next steps!
Step 2: Next draw more of the body frame
This second part of your manta ray drawing will continue what you started in the previous part of your manta ray drawing. You can continue to use a wavy line that extends from the previous one you drew, and this will form the highest point of the body of the parting. As you set this boundary, you’ll want to try to replicate the line as shown in the reference image, as this will help the body progression look good. It might not look like much now, but it will all fall into place as you keep adding subtleties and body parts.
Stage 3: currently attracts much more of the ray’s body
We’ll add a lot more to the animal frame in this step of our wizard on the most efficient way to draw a stripe. Using more of these wavy lines we can start the back of the piece. He’ll draw a thinner piece as you get closer to the tail, and we’ll also draw the start of that tail in this step. The stripes have eyes on the top of their heads, and we’ll draw one of the eyes on that part as well. You can draw the eye as a tight, flat shape, and we’ll add some small curved lines around it for additional articulation detail. When you’re ready to continue, this is a perfect opportunity to move on to step 4!
Step 4: Next, start drawing more of the final subtleties
For this step and the next, we’ll be fine-tuning the plan and some final details for your manta ray drawing. For this step, start by setting slightly tight boundaries along the focal point of the body for the parting body build. This will help you recognize it by the wing-like pectoral leaves that you have previously drawn. Finally, you can involve slightly more polished bent lines for the tail finish as shown in the reference image. Once you’ve drawn these components, we’ll add some subtleties and final contacts in the next step.
Step 5: Fine-tune your parting drawing
We’ll dedicate this fifth step of our wizard to the best way to draw a line, tweaking a few more modest intricacies while adding our final tips. For the subtleties we chose, we added a bunch of little spots all over the stingray’s body. This help gives a much more powerful search for the line and is an amazing method for fine-tuning the drawing. You can also add your details, and you can go one step further by creating an amazing base for this image. You can draw a seabed with many more sea animals or even add something like a submerged private transport! What else could you consider at some point?
